MEX3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEX3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, IQCF1, and MMP27. Each is linked with MEX3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3A-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by MEX3A-low versus MEX3A-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
