The most reproducible METTL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP213, RNA5SP410, and RPL7AP69. Each is linked with METTL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL8-to-partner and partner-to-METTL8 results are reported.
