The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher METTL7B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated METTL7B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where METTL7B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
