Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,760 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL7B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, RBM19, and LACTB2. Each is linked with METTL7B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL7B-to-partner and partner-to-METTL7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL7B versus MYG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
