METTL7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,891 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BDH2, ADD3, and DDAH1. Each is linked with METTL7A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL7A-to-partner and partner-to-METTL7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
