Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,015 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JCHAIN, GPRIN1, and IGKC. Each is linked with METTL7A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL7A-to-partner and partner-to-METTL7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
