METTL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,081 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D5, ANKRD28, and SETD2. Each is linked with METTL6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL6-to-partner and partner-to-METTL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
