The most reproducible METTL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P5, IMMP1L, and INTS4. Each is linked with METTL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL6-to-partner and partner-to-METTL6 results are reported.
