METTL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS4, MTA2, and TMEM138. Each is linked with METTL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL5-to-partner and partner-to-METTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INTS4 grouped by METTL5-low versus METTL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
