Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,898 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endothelial to hematopoietic transition, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Microtubule nucleation. Each is linked with METTL3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL3-to-partner and partner-to-METTL3 results are reported.
