Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,318 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCC1, POM121C, and ORC5. Each is linked with METTL2B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL2B-to-partner and partner-to-METTL2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL2B versus GCC1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
