Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,081 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, TNPO3, and PUS7. Each is linked with METTL2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL2B-to-partner and partner-to-METTL2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL2B versus CDK5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
