Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,824 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC59, XRCC2, and POP7. Each is linked with METTL2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL2B-to-partner and partner-to-METTL2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL2B versus LRRC59 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
