Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 751 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL50P4, RNU6-389P, and SEPTIN7P4. Each is linked with METTL2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL2B-to-partner and partner-to-METTL2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL50P4 grouped by METTL2B-low versus METTL2B-high in SKCM.
