Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,618 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, DNA-templated transcription termination, and Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation. Each is linked with METTL2B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL2B-to-partner and partner-to-METTL2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes grouped by METTL2B-low versus METTL2B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
