Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,576 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf226_S198, TCEA3, and AKAP9. Each is linked with METTL27 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL27-to-partner and partner-to-METTL27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL27 versus C1orf226_S198 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
