METTL27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL27-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJP2, SYT14P1, and TRAJ38. Each is linked with METTL27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL27-to-partner and partner-to-METTL27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGJP2 grouped by METTL27-low versus METTL27-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
