Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 447 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL27-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC191, S1PR5, and MKRN2OS. Each is linked with METTL27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL27-to-partner and partner-to-METTL27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL27 versus CCDC191 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
