The most reproducible METTL27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cardiocyte differentiation, Negative regulation of sodium ion transport, and C-terminal protein amino acid modification. Each is linked with METTL27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL27-to-partner and partner-to-METTL27 results are reported.
