The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher METTL26 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated METTL26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and LGG are the cancer types where METTL26 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
