METTL26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,417 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAXX, MZT2B, and SCAND1. Each is linked with METTL26 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL26-to-partner and partner-to-METTL26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL26 versus PAXX in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
