Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51G1, TSPY10, and RNA5SP104. Each is linked with METTL26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL26-to-partner and partner-to-METTL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51G1 grouped by METTL26-low versus METTL26-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
