Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,986 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Enzyme-directed rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Peptidyl-methionine modification. Each is linked with METTL26 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL26-to-partner and partner-to-METTL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis grouped by METTL26-low versus METTL26-high in LUNG_SCLC.
