METTL26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL26 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,253 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT10, TRMO, and SLC44A3. Each is linked with METTL26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL26-to-partner and partner-to-METTL26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNT10 grouped by METTL26-low versus METTL26-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
