Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,129 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPH1_S809, PPP1R12A, and NAA15. Each is linked with METTL25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL25-to-partner and partner-to-METTL25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL25 versus HSPH1_S809 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL25→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
