Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL25-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with METTL25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL25-to-partner and partner-to-METTL25 results are reported.
