METTL25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL25-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT39, FABP9, and MRGPRX1. Each is linked with METTL25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL25-to-partner and partner-to-METTL25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT39 grouped by METTL25-low versus METTL25-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL25→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
