METTL23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,735 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, UBE2O, and TBCD. Each is linked with METTL23 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL23-to-partner and partner-to-METTL23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL23 versus COIL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL23→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
