Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP290, MIR6133, and RNA5SP143. Each is linked with METTL23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL23-to-partner and partner-to-METTL23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP290 grouped by METTL23-low versus METTL23-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL23→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
