Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,933 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic programing of male pronucleus, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of hematopoietic stem cell proliferation. Each is linked with METTL23 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL23-to-partner and partner-to-METTL23 results are reported.
