The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher METTL21C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated METTL21C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC and UCEC are the cancer types where METTL21C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
