METTL21A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL21A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL21A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC3, ORC5, and PPM1G. Each is linked with METTL21A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL21A-to-partner and partner-to-METTL21A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL21A versus ORC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL21A→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL21A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
