Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL21A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,288 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL21A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB47, ERVW-1, and CENPA. Each is linked with METTL21A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL21A-to-partner and partner-to-METTL21A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL21A versus ZBTB47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL21A→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL21A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
