Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL21A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,932 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL21A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein folding, Negative regulation of cell adhesion, and 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with METTL21A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL21A-to-partner and partner-to-METTL21A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein folding grouped by METTL21A-low versus METTL21A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
