METTL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,151 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRF2BP2, GATAD2B, and SMC1A. Each is linked with METTL18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL18-to-partner and partner-to-METTL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL18 versus IRF2BP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
