Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,754 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPK2, UCHL5, and UTP25. Each is linked with METTL18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL18-to-partner and partner-to-METTL18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL18 versus RIPK2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
