Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,339 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, GLOD4, and NCBP3. Each is linked with METTL16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL16-to-partner and partner-to-METTL16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL16 versus SPAG7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
