Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,922 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL1P1, GNAI2P2, and LINC01904. Each is linked with METTL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL16-to-partner and partner-to-METTL16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCL1P1 grouped by METTL16-low versus METTL16-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
