METTL16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM114, OR11H2, and SPACA1. Each is linked with METTL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL16-to-partner and partner-to-METTL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM114 grouped by METTL16-low versus METTL16-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
