METTL14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,909 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POR, VEZF1, and EIF5B_S1168. Each is linked with METTL14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL14-to-partner and partner-to-METTL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL14 versus POR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
