Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL2BPP1, TRAJ57, and TRAJ21. Each is linked with METTL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL14-to-partner and partner-to-METTL14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL2BPP1 grouped by METTL14-low versus METTL14-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
