Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,579 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Forebrain radial glial cell differentiation, Regulation of hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation, and Protein neddylation. Each is linked with METTL14 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL14-to-partner and partner-to-METTL14 results are reported.
