Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,497 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, JAM2, and CACNA1C. Each is linked with METTL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL1-to-partner and partner-to-METTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL1 versus ABCA8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
