METTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 373 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8075, MIR6075, and MRPL42P3. Each is linked with METTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL1-to-partner and partner-to-METTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8075 grouped by METTL1-low versus METTL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
