Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,076 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of tRNA catabolic process, and Regulation of tRNA stability. Each is linked with METTL1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL1-to-partner and partner-to-METTL1 results are reported.
