The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher METRNL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated METRNL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and PRAD are the cancer types where METRNL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
