METRNL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METRNL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,564 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METRNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIBAN2, SERTAD1, and PLK3. Each is linked with METRNL in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METRNL-to-partner and partner-to-METRNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METRNL versus NIBAN2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METRNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→METRNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
