METRNL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METRNL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METRNL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JUNB, C1QA, and RIN3. Each is linked with METRNL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METRNL-to-partner and partner-to-METRNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METRNL versus JUNB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METRNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→METRNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
