Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METRNL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,615 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METRNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPP1, TREM1, and S100A9. Each is linked with METRNL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METRNL-to-partner and partner-to-METRNL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METRNL versus SPP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METRNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→METRNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
