METAP2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,145 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACAP2, RSL1D1_S361, and SURF6_S138. Each is linked with METAP2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP2P1-to-partner and partner-to-METAP2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METAP2P1 versus ACAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
